Operations Manager
Nic has over 10 years’ experience working with vulnerable people, most of which has been supporting children and young people. He started as a residential support worker and has worked his way up to where he is now. Before working with children, Nic ran his own businesses in North Devon and Australia. Nic is qualified to Level 5 in Leadership and Management, as well as obtaining an Open level 5 at the Open University, focusing on Youth Justice.
As Operations Manager, Nic combines strategic thinking with a genuine passion for supporting children from complex backgrounds. He is driven by the belief that every child deserves stability, understanding and opportunity. Nic focuses on building strong operational foundations that empower teams to provide safe, responsive and child-centred support, to help children flourish and become the best they can be.
